“Our mission actually here in the Philippines with Bosch is to bring our products closer to the market. So what we did is we build up a team here in the Philippines to be closer to our partners, to be closer to the end-users so we can push our products into the market,” said Matthias Böhm, Country Manager of Bosch Security Systems. “We want also to have a partner on which we can rely on, which has the same missions and visions as we have and this we found in MEC,” added Böhm.
As of today, Bosch is already represented in about 150 countries around the world. Given this global reach, Chua expressed that there’s no reason for MEC not to partner with a name that is associated with life’s greatest inventions. “We are guaranteed that all components of Bosch products have three-year warranty on all components and more importantly, have been molded with more than 12 decades of experience and commitment in worldwide development, manufacturing, and sales,” added Chua.
The partnership launch featured Bosch’s security solutions which include the 2,000, 4,000, and 5,000 IP video series for the economical line and the 7,000, 8,000, and 9,000 IP video series for the high-end line. Among the notable features of Bosch IP video solutions are intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction (iDNR), intelligent Auto Exposure (iAE), intelligent Tracking (iTracking), intelligent Video Analysis (iVA), starlight, and ultra HD, which are all free and native to the cameras.
