BPI Online Banking and ATM’s services will be unvailable on June 23,24 and 26
Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) will have a system maintenance this week in the following days from June 23 -26. All valued costumers are advised to list down the said time for the downtime of services in the said dates.
Electronic Banking and System Maintenance Advisory
MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA — Due to system maintenance activities, some of our electronic banking services will be unavailable at certain times next week.
On Thursday, June 23:
- 1:00 am to 5:00 am — ATMs, cash deposit machines (CDMs) and POS terminals
On Friday, June 24:
- 1:00 am to 5:00 am — ATMs, CDMs and POS terminals
- 1:00 am to 12:00 nn — BPI ExpressLink
- 4:00 am to 10:00 am — BPI Online Banking, Mobile app, Phone Banking and SIM Banking
- 4:00 am to 10:00 am — Clients may experience intermittent availability of BPI credit, debit and prepaid card services
On Sunday, June 26:
- 1:00 am to 5:00 am — ATMs, cash deposit machines (CDMs) and POS terminals
- 1:00 am to 8:00 am — BPI ExpressLink
- 4:00 am to 10:00 am — BPI Online Banking, Mobile app, Phone Banking and SIM Banking
- 4:00 am to 10:00 am — Clients may experience intermittent availability of BPI credit, debit and prepaid card services
Clients may transact as usual in our branches and kiosks, and through our contact center.
We encourage our clients to plan and complete their transactions, including cash withdrawals, ahead of these scheduled downtimes.
