Initial Random Internet Speed Testing conducted by NTC has already is so far disappointing, in the recent interview with NTC Commissioner Delilah Deles by News5 she stated.

“Halos lahat mabagal ang system.”

with that said, Telcos will be fined with an amount per day if they continue to give slow internet speed. NTC will also present the full detailed report on November on their website and various media platforms.
