    New Apple iPod Touch with A8 Chip with 8MP Camera and 128GB of Storage

    Great news for Apple iPod Touch users, Apple hasn’t killed the iPod Touch and in fact it got a refreshed internals. The new iPod Touch now is using the latest A8 Chip and having a 8-megapixel rear camera plus an improved front-facing FaceTime HD camera as well. Although it still has the same 4-inch Retina display with a resolution of 1136×640.

    The new iPod Touch is now available today in the Apple Store with a new set of colors , silver, gold, grey, pink, blue and red. The new version starts at $199 for the 16GB variant, $249 for the 32GB version, and $299 for the 64GB device. But what’s great , if you are looking for a higher storage they now included a 128GB model which cost $399. No finger print scan feature added but still great news that Apple is still not ditching out the iPod Touch since there are still majority of people who just want’s to have device for gaming and event for productivity usage without spending too much money comparing to the iPhone.

    In addition to the updated iPod touch, Apple also updated the iPod nano and iPod shuffle to include the new colors that are available with the iPod touch. The iPod nano has now a 16GB model for $149, while the 2GB iPod shuffle is $49.

    UPDATE: Local pricing is now also available at the Apple PH Store starting at Php12,590 for the 16GB , Php15,590 for the 32GB , 64Gb is Php18,590 and 128GB for Php24,990
