iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina Display now Available at Smart Plans
(SMART) SMART Communications, Inc officially announced its iPad Plans for both iPad Mini with retina Display and iPad Air both have Wi-Fi and 3G/LTE.
Subscribers of SMART can now avail the data plans that fits their budget that also allows customers to connect to its LTE Network with speeds of up to 42 Mbps.
Both iPad Air and iPad Mini will have the Inclusions of 65 hours of LTE/HSPA+/3G Browsing plus Anti-Bill Shock.
But both Gadgets have different One-time fee Payments which is for the iPad Air you have to pay a One-time fee of PHP 5,000 and for the iPad Mini with Retina Display is just PHP 1,000.

it means that when you have exceed your Allotted time/usage automatically your connection will be capped and you will not be charge with additional fees depending on the plan that you have applied. comparing to other network that it will still continue your billing that’s why you may have some overcharge if you will not monitor your usage.
This helps when you usually forget to close your data connection because this means when your data connection is on it will run all through out until it is turn off. More info Here
