Yes! you’ve read the title right an Indian brand Ringing Bells Freedom 251 is launching the most affordable smartphone in the world for only 251 Rupee which is only Php174 with the help of the Government of India this was made possible.
Although, in terms of specs there’s nothing to fancy but again for the price it’s insanely a big game changer in the tech scene. A 4-inch display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage (expandable up to 32GB), 3.2-megapixel back camera, 0.3-megapixel front camera, and a 1450mAh battery.
Not bad for its price thinking it’s even cheaper with a Starbucks coffee. based on their website the phone will be available for pre-order tomorrow February 18 starting 6am on onwards. We are still not sure if they will cater international shipping since this might be exclusive for India, but let’s see in the next upcoming days.
