Facebook acquires WhatsApp for $16 billion
Facebook has announced on its newsroom that they have acquired the long running popular app called WhatsApp.
The Deal Included $4 million in cash $12 Billion on Facebook share and $3 Billion in vesting restricted stock units for the WhatsApp team over the next four years.
Will this create a new avenue for the Facebook Messenger will they add new features that WhatsApp have we will just find it soon. a $16 billion is really a huge acquisition
