HOW TO FLASH CUSTOM RECOVERY

HOW TO FLASH VIA TWRP

Copy the file Arc_Mobile_Memo_s4_4.2.9_13.09.13_10–42–36_signed.zip to your SD Card or Internal Phone Memory
Turn of Phone and press and Hold Volume Up + Power Button to Boot to Custom Recovery
Click Wipe
Click Factory Reset, then Cache, then Dalvik and Android Secure
Click Back button located in the lower right corner
Click Install and look for the file Arc_Mobile_Memo_s4_4.2.9_13.09.13_10–42–36_signed.zip
Wait for it to finish and Reboot
