Here’s a quick way how to completely disable Adobe Flash Player on your Google Chrome,
Type in the address bar chrome://settings/ or click the menu in the right most part of Google Chrome and click settings.

Then in the search text box type in “content settings” and click content settings button
In the content settings scroll down until you see the Plugins and choose “Let me choose when to run plugin content”
Next is click the “Manage individual plugins..” or by typing in the address bar chrome://plugins/
And look for the Adobe Flash Player and click “Disable”
