Yes! you heard it right the newly announced iOS9 9.0 to 9.0.2 has been Jailbreak by a group of Chinese Senior Security researchers. Codename “Pangu Jailbreak” is now available to use for Windows to Jailbreak iOS9 with just a simple step.
